Excel - Import data from online PDF

Does anyone know if it is possible to import/update data from an online PDF file, into Excel?

Basically, it is needs to be able to automatically refresh data when changes are made to the online PDF. An Excel VBA routine that uses an open source PDF to text conversion utility and then imports data from multiple PDF files based on matching rules into a structured Excel table can be downloaded here
